- Medical consultation with a specialist in reproductive medicine (by phone, Skype or in person).
- First medical consultation free of charge.
- Continuous communication in your own language through the International Patient Care Department.
- Study of medical reports of previous fertility treatments and studies.
- Information on the most appropriate assisted reproduction treatments for your case, in your language.
Your visit
- Transfer service between the hospital, hotel and airport.
- Medical history and medical report.
- Complete gynaecological check-up, including transvaginal ultrasound.
- Endometrial preparation.
- All necessary ultrasound scans and analyses during treatment.
- Donor selection according to physical and immunological characteristics, in the case of oocyte donation, exclusively: “one egg donor for one recipient”.
Your treatment at VITA
- Andrology and embryology laboratory services.
- Sperm banking (if necessary) and preparation of sperm samples.
- Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
- Assisted hatching (if necessary).
- Daily embryo development reviews.
- Day 5 embryo culture and blastocyst transfer (if necessary)
- Embryo transfer into the uterus by a specialist in the operating theatre.
- Recovery in a single room with private bathroom after the embryo transfer
- Cryopreservation of remaining viable embryos (including one year of maintenance).
- Medication of the patient, and of the egg donor in the case of egg donation.
- Nursing services.

VITA Elche is located within the IMED Elche hospital. Its facilities have 24,500 m² distributed in basement, ground floor and two floors, with 98 single rooms.
