When should we go to a fertility doctor?
When we are seeking a pregnancy and can’t achieve it, the first question that arises is whether we should go to a reproductive medicine clinic.
Approximately 85% of couples achieve pregnancy within the first year, with a pregnancy per attempt rate of 25% in young couples. As the years go by, this success rate decreases. Seeing a specialist is recommended if pregnancy is not achieved after 1 year of active seeking, or in the case of women over 35 years of age, after 6 months.
